Extra Considerations:
-Full payment first and only through PayPal
-I'll start drawing after the payment's done
-Changes can be asked though the process, and only small changes after the art is finished
-I'll be sendig WIPs of all the process so changes can be asked anytime
-Extra characters starting from the third cost an additional $ 30 USD
-Backgrounds and comic format also cost extra, can be talked out
